Conference and Banqueting Facilities
The fully equipped conference facilities are among the finest
in Botswana. The facilities can also be adapted for private use
as a banqueting or wedding venue, when a large number of guests
need to be served at the highest possible standards. The Mokolane
Room has a capacity for 100 delegates cinema style. The Francis
Room accommodates 80 delegates cinema style. The rooms can be
combined to accommodate 180 delegates. Audio visual equipment
is available and includes PA system, overhead projector, data
video projector, video monitor, colour television and flipchart.
