Conference Facilities - Bay Tree Guest House ( Conference Venues in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa )
We have facilities for small conferences or meetings. We can accommodate a maximum of about fifteen people in the one venue and twelve in the lapa outside. We have screens and flipcharts but have so far had no call to provide anything more sophisticated, probably because of the small size of the venues. We have a screen for projection of Powerpoint or other presentations, but no projector as yet. We provide full catering for conference delegates according to requirements.

Eight bedrooms with bathroom en suite, ranging from a single to a suite with private dressing room and garden area. Close to Austin Roberts Bird Sanctuary, universities, Brooklyn Mall shopping and entertainment centre and Loftus Versveld sports stadium.

Directions to Conference Venue
From N1: take Lynnwood Road off ramp, drive towards city centre. Turn left into Roper Street (opposite University of Pretoria). Bay Tree is on your right just after crossing Charles Street.
From N4: Drive straight into Schoeman Street, turn right into the M7 (Gordon Road, changing to Duncan). Turn right into Lynnwood, left into Roper and Bay Tree is on your right just after crossing Charles Street.
