Candlewoods Guesthouse is nestled in the heart of a rich heritage site in Candlewoods Country Estate, Centurion. It is a Victorian Style building with pits roofs and wooden windows. The interior is stylish decorated with rich fabrics and crisp white linen.

The Guesthouse dates back to 1859 and is built on a farm originally owned by Rasmus Elardus Erasmus. Our guests also have access to various other heritage sites, including an old Homestead (Pioniers Huisie), built in 1857, a coach house, an old horse stable, as well as an old hand built klip kraal. All these sites are heritage sites and are accessible to our guest. The new Homestead built in 1895 is currently under going renovations and will operate as a restaurant in early 2008.

Surrounded by beautiful gardens and a great view over Centurion our guest would find peace and quiet away from the hustle of the city. But Candlewoods Guesthouse is situated close by Centurion Lake Mall, Supersport Park and Pretoria City Centre, Midrand and JHB for those guest who wants to get the city vibe. Whether you are on a business trip, an overnight guest, a leisure guest or a bride-to-be, we will treat you with “Royal Hospitality”.

Take the R21 towards Pretoria
Take the N1 off ramp towards JHB/Centurion
Keep on the N1 to JHB.
Take the Brakfontein/ Old Jhb rd off ramp.
At the T - junction turn left into Brakfontein rd.
At the first set of traffic lights, turn left into Oliewenhoutbosch rd.
At the T - junction turn right into Candlewoods lane.
Proceed through the security gates.
At the t-junction in the Estate, turn right into Stonehedge rd.
Guesthouse is situated on your left.

From Polokwane / Pretoria N1

Take the N1 (south) to JHB
Take the Brakfontein/ Old Jhb rd off ramp.
At the T - junction turn left into Brakfontein rd.
At the first traffic light, turn left into Oliewenhoutbosch rd.
At the T - junction turn right into Candlewoods lane.
Proceed through the security gates.
At the T - junction in the Estate, turn right into Stonehedge rd.
Guesthouse is situated on your left.

From Johannesburg

Take the N1 (north) to Pretoria/Polokwane
Take the Old JHb off ramp
At the traffic light, turn left into Old Jhb rd. At the first set of traffic lights, turn left into Brakfontein rd. At the first traffic light, turn left into Oliewenhoutbosch rd.
At the T - junction turn right into Candlewoods lane.
Proceed through the security gates.
At the T- junction in the Estate, turn right into Farmstead rd.
Guesthouse is situated on your right.
