Roy's Lodge is an excellent venue for conferencing, seminars, team-building and related activities for various reasons. The carefully designed layout of the Lodge ensures privacy and personal attention to one group at a time. The Lodge is so close Pretoria & Johannesburg - yet just far enough to break ties with the cities and allow delegates to focus and enjoy the time spent away from the office. The conference room is part of the main thatch complex, which immediately has aesthetic and practical advantages during winter and summer. Up to 40 delegates in u-shape, and up to 80 delegates in cinema style can be accommodated. The conference room is equipped with an overhead projector, white board ad flip chart. Three breakaway rooms and syndicate work areas are available as well. Office support facilities such as fax, e-mail and photocopying are available. The accommodation, dining areas and entertainment areas are all in close proximity, well laid-out, very cosy and functional, making you feel really at home out in the bush. An excellent variety of cuisine is prepared for our valued delegates - ranging from outdoor traditional, restaurant grills and menus, to our speciality venison dishes. Breakfast (full English) and other meals are served in the restaurant area on the pool deck and in the BOMA, to enhance the occasion. Conference programmes and packages are all inclusive of accommodation, meals and tea times, conference room and facilities and excursions and activities as per agreement (e.g. horse-riding, Premier game drive, tours and excursions and airport pick-ups)

The Lodge is suitable for travellers, tourists, corporate and group activities. It is 15 minutes from Pretoria, 45 minutes from Johannesburg (Sandton) and 35 minutes from Johannesburg International Airport - but right in the bush.The relaxing atmosphere will transfer you straight into the African bush, whilst watching the tranquillity of an African sunset from the deck, and watching zebra & other antelope drinking from the dam. Hear the cry of jackal and francolin and slip even deeper into Africa.The lodge sleeps up to 40 guests in 9 full en-suite chalets and 4 en-suite guest rooms. The accommodation decor is contemporary African. Our restaurant specialises in venison and traditional dishes complimented by superb cuisine from the grill and home kitchen. Provides gourmet meals by arrangement. Enjoy a typical African dinner around the BOMA fire, or indoors in winter. A fine selection of wines is available. The Lodge is an excellent venue for conferencing, seminars, team-building and related activities. The size and layout ensures privacy and personal attention for one group at a time. There is 24/7 free Internet access available. A variety of one-day or sleep-over functions are hosted due to the excellent indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. Come and relax in the cosy pub, or at the rock face swimming pool, sun deck, BOMA and lovely bush garden, or enjoy the hiking trail. The Lodge complex has a fine game park stocked with zebra and seven species of antelope. Enjoy our outdoor activities - game drives, nature walks and day excursions. The Lodge sleeps up to 40 guests, accommodation is provided in 9 chalets and 4 guest rooms. The large, comfortable guest rooms are full en-suite. The rooms are spacious and well equipped to create an ambiance of luxury. Each bedroom has its own private entry from the verandah, overlooking the water feature, lovely garden and mountain ridge horizon. The rooms are also equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, fans, towels, linen, vanity sets and electrical sockets for appliances.
One of the spacious double en-suite bedrooms. The chalets are set in the lovely garden, in close proximity of the main complex, BOMA and conference room. All chalets are linked with matching paving to the BOMA and all entertainment areas. The chalets sleep three or four guests in two private bedrooms, sharing a lovely full en-suite bathroom - with private access to the bathroom. The chalets are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, fans, towels, linen, vanity sets and electrical sockets for appliances. There is 24/7 free Internet access available for the convenience of guests.

Take the Cullinan exit, direction Cullinan, continue for 500m.
At the 4-way stop, turn left into the R104 Silverton.

Drive through the gate and continue until you reach Reception.

FROM JOHANNESBURG
Travel on the M1 to Pretoria, take the N1 exit to Pietersburg (now Polokwane), travel for about 15 km
Take the N4 east bound (direction Witbank).
Take the Cullinan exit, direction Cullinan, continue for 500m.
At the 4-way stop, turn left into the R104 Silverton.
Continue for another 500m and watch for the sign on the right.
Follow the road for 1.8 km, DO NOT turn off anywhere.
Drive through the gate and continue until you reach Reception.

FROM THE EAST
(Kruger National Park, Nelspruit, northern KwaZulu-Natal).
Travel along the N4, west bound towards Pretoria.
After passing Bronkhorstspruit, look out for the Cullinan exit.
Take the Cullinan exit, direction Cullinan, for 500m.
At the 4-way stop turn left into the R104 Silverton.
Continue for for another 500m and watch for the sign on the right.
Follow the road for 1.8 km, DO NOT turn off anywhere
Drive through the gate and continue until you reach Reception.

FROM CULLINAN
Travel southbound via Rayton for 5km
Turn right at the 4-way stop onto the R104 Silverton.
Continue for for 500m and watch for the sign on the right.
Follow the road for 1.8 km, DO NOT turn off anywhere.
