Situated at the foot of the Steenbras Mountain and overlooking the blue waters of False Bay, Manor on the Bay offers a tranquil, yet professional conference venue. The opportunity is given to be inspired, creative and productive. A mere 40 minutes drive from Cape Town, Manor on the Bay offers clients from the Mother City economic traveling, with an inspiring and refreshing day away from the city in return.

Our Facilities
Manor on the Bay's air-conditioned conference venue ( 8 x 4.3 m ) ( Ceiling height of 3.1m ) can accommodate up to 22 people, seated in Board Room Style, and 25 people in Cinema Style. We are able to accommodate two groups in breakaway sessions. More groups can be accommodated if the weather permits, since our gardens offer an ideal place to brainstorm creative ideas.

Manor on the Bay Guesthouse is a 1862 Manor house situated on the white beaches of peaceful Gordon's Bay, South Africa. The Manor provides luxury accommodation in all 12 en-suite bedrooms with bed and breakfast or self catering options available.

Directions to Conference Venue
From Cape Town International Airport:
Take the N2 turn off to your left, just outside the airport - direction Somerset West. Stay on the N2 for about 25 min (through Somerset West). Take the turn off to your right which indicates Gordon's Bay, R44, Kleinmond. This is the last turn off before you start the climb up Sir Lowry Pass. (Make sure not to take the R 44, Strand turn-off.)

In Gordon's Bay:
Carry on with that road until you get to a T-junction (facing a fish & chips café). Turn right and immediately left into Sir Lowry road. Carry on until you get to another T junction where you turn left into Beach Road. You'll have the sea on your right. Carry on for 500m. Passed the Van Riebeeck Hotel , up a small hill, passed a little church on your left. Manor on the Bay is about 150m from the church , on your left. A black and white board with our logo will indicate the guest house. Go up the ramp and you'll find the security gates where we'll open up for you.
Lookout for the 2 big palm trees in our garden.

From George / Hermanus:
Follow the N2 down Sir Lowry's Pass. Take the R44, Kleinmond, Gordon's Bay turn-off to your left. This is the first turn-off at the bottom of the pass. Follow: In Gordon's Bay (above)

From Stellenbosch:
Take the R310 from Stellenbosch, direction Somerset West. Take the first turn-off for the N2, George (just before the Somerset Mall). Stay on the N2 for about 10 min (through Somerset West). Take the turn off to your right which indicates Gordon's Bay, R44, Kleinmond. This is the last turn off before you start the climb up the Sir Lowry Pass.
