AUDITORIUM
The auditorium, equipped with built-in tables in theatre style and the most modern audio-visual equipment, seats 200 delegates.
The auditorium is also available for hire to view televised programs i.e. rugby, cricket, etc, on the big screen.

CONFERENCE/BREAKAWAY ROOMS
Six smaller conference rooms, suitable for workshops, training sessions and smaller conferences, complement the auditorium. These rooms, suitable for groups from five to 70 delegates, are ideal for board meetings, client briefings, continuing education, product launches and promotions. Seating can be arranged according to clients’ requirements.

The conference facilities are available seven days a week for day or evening functions. There are no extra costs involved for functions on a public holiday or weekends.

The conference centre, housed in the Sports Science Institute of South Africa, is situated in the heart of Newlands, home to rugby and cricket, and has a magnificent view of Table Mountain. Delegates attending conferences have the opportunity during breaks to go on a walkabout trail of the SA Rugby Museum, Josephine’s (Cape Town’s only water mill still in operation). Those preferring something more tranquil could stroll down the Liesbeeck River. All delegates are welcome to make use of our prestigious fitness centre on the day/s of the conference.
