Calypso Villas can accommodate 12 delegates per conference group in the guest houses.
Equipment: Flipchart, Stationary, Tri projector screen & Lazer pointer.

Overnight Conferences:
Calypso Villas consist of two identical guest houses (± 30m apart from each other) each with six luxury suites. We can accommodate a total of 12 single guests or 24 sharing guests.

Larger conference groups:
We usually make alternative arrangements at other conference venues, for groups larger than 12 delegates.

The idyllic setting is everything!!! Calypso Villas are situated on a fynbos-covered dune virtually 30 metre from the high tide mark, with just the boardwalk and a few steps between you and an unspoilt white beach, overlooking the Bay of Saldanha and Langebaan lagoon.

The guesthouses overwhelm guests with its tranquil and serene sea views - spoil yourself with panoramic sunsets from our licensed bar or patio. All twelve fully equipped guest suites are beachfront with floor-to-ceiling, picture perfect windows, which allow for a 180-degree sea view, and have access to balconies.

The astonishing views escalate even further when you enter the guest suites on the second and third floors - prime seats during the whale season - be the first to spot sea-life, the rare oystercatcher or water sport enthusiasts on the lagoon!

Calypso Villas is perfectly situated to have the best of two worlds: you can either spend time in the private and tranquil setting of the guest
houses or engage in a variety of activities - within walking distance of a sought after yacht resort, beach bar, marine terrace, conference centre, curio shops, restaurants and casino.
