Situated in the malaria free Madikwe Game Reserve, Jaci's Safari Lodge accommodation consists of eight double rooms, each with its own private deck overlooking a running stream. The rooms are a charming mixture of local stone and huge tented windows, with cool thatched roofs, a 'rock' bath and outside 'safari' shower. Jaci's Tree Lodge accommodation consists of eight spacious 'Tree Houses' on stilts up to 4 metres from the ground and offer an open plan, en-suite bathroom with an enormous stone bath and outdoor 'jungle shower' with lovely forest views. Raised wooden walkways connect the lodge to the central accommodation facilities. Jaci’s Tree Lodge has been listed amongst the 101 Best Hotels in the World by the Tatler Travel Guide 2003. On your open vehicle safaris, or optional bush walks, you can expect to see Wild Dog, both Black and White Rhino, extensive plains game and over 340 species of birds.
