Marina Sands #30 offers you wonderful sea and canal views from the apartment, the master bedroom has permanent sea views where you can enjoy the sunrise over the ocean; the second bedroom offers canal views and the balcony -views of the sea and canal. The apartment's kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and all eating utensils. Full bathroom (bath and shower); master bedroom are furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds - all bedding is provided. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable lounge suit, TV, Satelite Television and DVD player. On the balcony we have the charcoal braai and deck chairs to enjoy the sea and canal views. The apartment is +-100m from the beachfront and a 5min drive to Jeffreys Bay town. MARINA MARTINIQUE is a truly magnificent waterside lifestyle with the added luxury of have the sea on one side and 4.5km of sea water canals and water ways within the Marina - you can enjoy a swim and a boat cruise on the canal and guest is welcome to bring their canoes to enjoy on the canals. Enjoy fishing, collecting shells, sunrise and sunset strolls as well as dining - all within a 100m from Marina Sands no 30.

Directions to accommodation
From Port Elizabeth to Eastern Cape, take the 2nd "Jeffreys Bay" turn-off. From Eastern Cape to Port Elizabeth, take the 1st "Jeffreys Bay" turn-off after passing the Humansdorp turn-off. Continue towards Jeffreys Bay until you get to the Caltex garage on your left. Turn right into Nautilus Street until the T-junction. Turn left into Koraal Street and continue until you get the signboard "Aston/ Paradysstrand/ Martinique".
Turn right. Turn left at "Wall Skipper" and "Marina Martinique" signs. Carry on until you cross a bridge over the canal. Turn left at T-junction and left into the complex.
