Welcome to Butjani Lodge, an intimate bush lodge
situated on a 410ha private Nature Reserve, with a perennial river
and wide variety of wildlife and birds. We are only 130km from
Sandton and 75km from Pretoria and on the Dinokeng tourist route.
Your hosts will be Penny, John and Stuart and we look forward
to ensuring your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable, situated
in the heart of the bush. We have comfortably appointed en-suite
double accommodation. Tent accommodation is provided under thatch
on a raised deck with outdoor bush shower.
Directions to accommodation
Proceed on N1 ( road to Polokwane) and take the Zambezi Drive
offramp just outside Pretoria.
Proceed through toll (R5.20) and turn right at traffic lights,
crossing under highway
At next major intersection glide off left and take the R573 to
Kwa Mhlanga.
Continue on this road, approximately 45 km to Moloto, passing
Roodeplat dam on right and a shopping strip called Wagendrift
on left.
As you approach Moloto, you will pass over two traffic circles,
and come to a four way stop.
Turn left at fourway stop “ Rust de Winter road, and proceed
for approximately 10.5km
