Kwalata Game Ranch derives its name from the endangered and proud Sable Antelope. Only an hour's drive from Johannesburg International Airport, the African Bushveld begins here! It boasts a beautiful and quite unique wedding chapel in the midst of a Tamboti forest, adjoining a boma and catering facilities for 300 guests. Four conference centres allow companies a productive workshop in the bushveld. Guests can overnight in comfortable accommodation. Dinokeng (Place of rivers)

Kwalata Game Ranch is also part of the Dinokeng Conservancy, an envisaged 200 000ha set aside for eco tourism. In the northern corner of Gauteng, the rich diversity of natural habitats of the bushveld and grassland terrain of Dinokeng provides a suitable setting and a natural home for a variety of wild animals, including the legendary African Big Five.This new development centres on nature based eco tourism activities. The development of the area as a tourism destination will provide a boost to the economy of the region.

Kwalata offers the following accommodation:

Chalet No. 1 - 4:
Four thatched stone chalets in an open plan with one double and two single beds. All chalets have en-suite bathrooms. These units are ideal for families.

Chalet No. 6 - 8:
Three two-room thatched log cabins with two single beds per room. All bathrooms are en-suite. 12 max.

Chalet No. 9 - 18: Ten exceptional thatched single bedroom suites. Every chalet has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. 20 max.

Phiri Camp has a more rustic approach to creature comforts. Adventurers are accommodated in log cabins with bunker beds. Clean ablution areas afford one the opportunity to wash away some evidence of a day's fun.
