Elegant accommodation in The Cottages created from old barns &
stables, set beside the Magaliesberg river abundant in birdlife,
with a well stocked dam for the fisherman. A traditional country
breakfast is served at the main farmhouse, in front of a roaring
log fire in winter or in summer on the patio overlooking the Magaliesberg
accompanied by birdsong! Relive the pleasures of a bygone age,
with traditional hospitality & personal attention. Beautifully
appointed Self-Catering Cottages accommodating from 2 to 6 people
comfortably. Individually furnished with Fireplaces, Kitchens,
& Victorian Bathrooms. Private (clothing-optional) pool areas,
picnic spots and walks on the farm plus the many animals make
for a truly special break from city life. Your hosts Chantal and

Directions to accommodation
From Johannesburg:
· Follow N1 towards Roodepoort
· Take 14th Avenue off ramp
· Turn right at Robot
· Go under highway and turn right at Robots onto Hendrik
Potgieter (M47) (Hyperama on left and Hill Fox Power Centre on
right)
· 14 Km, cross over fourway intersection. Road becomes
the N14 (Pinehaven Zennex Garage on left)
· 9,7 Km, turn right at T-Junction (Oak Tree Zennex Garage
will be in front of you)
· 700 metres turn left at Ventersdorp sign
· 10 Km, turn right at fourway stop onto R24 Tarlton/Magaliesburg
· Continue straight past Tarlton Race track
· After passing the Corri Loch Wedding Venue, cross over
Magalies River Bridge
· After crossing over the railway line at the entrance
to Magaliesburg
(Wimpy on left) turn right at the BP Garage leaving Nick's Café
on your left.
· About 200m further down the road turn right into the
Valley Lodge entrance.
· Turn left into the first dirt road and follow dirt and
concrete road, over small bridge and turn into the entrance to
Kwa Manzi. Ring buzzer/intercom for access.
>From Pretoria:
· Follow R28 from Pretoria towards Krugersdorp
· Turn right at fourway stop into N14 (Pinehaven Zennex
Garage on left)
· 9,7 Km, turn right at T-Junction (Oak Tree Zennex Garage
will be in front of you)
· 700 metres turn left at Ventersdorp sign
· 10 Km, turn right at fourway stop onto R24 Tarlton/Magaliesburg
