Set in the secluded Vernon road Berea, the cottage
has a homely air about it and offers secure parking. The property
is accessed by an electronic gate entrance. And is protected by
a electrical security fence.
Accommodation:
This Exclusive Guest House, hosts three individually decorated
suites. Although each suite has it's own unique style and feel
to it, they all are extremely comfortable and upmarket. Each suite
consists of Lounge Area, Separate Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom
and Kitchenette.
Suited to long stays, i.e. relocation's, contract work, etc.
The Guest House is easily accessible from the Airport and close
to the freeway (see Map).
Only five minutes drive from Durban's CBD and within walking
distance of shopping centres, i.e. Musgrave and Overport. '1906'
offers the perfect alternative for any one staying for any length
of time in KZN.
Unit 1:
The tranquil lounge looks onto the manicured gardens - The bedroom
is air-conditioned and furnished with a Queen size bed and luxury
shower. The unit has two private entrances, one through the main
entrance door and the second through the kitchen door.
Unit 2:
This suite is slightly different as the bedroom looks onto the
manicured garden, and is fitted with air-conditioning and a ceiling
fan. The room consists of a Queen size bed. The lounge is extremely
spacious and is furnished with double sleeper couch. The bathroom
is "Victorian" looking furnished with "ball and
claws" fittings. Both suite 1 and 2 can be accessed privately
or can be utilized as one suite, through the main door.
Unit 3:
Has it's own unique feel as it overlooks the sparkling pool at
the rear of the Guest House. This suite is more open plan with
the lounge area overflowing into the kitchen and dining room.
It can accommodate a sleeper couch should the need arise. The
bedroom consists of a King size bed and is fitted with air-conditioning
and a ceiling fan. This suite houses a bathroom and shower.
