Leopard Hills Private Game Reserve is situated
in the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve, bordering the world famous
Kruger National Park. Here the Big 5, Elephant, Lion, Rhino, Buffalo
and Leopard abound, and viewing them from open Game Drive vehicles
with our experienced Rangers at a close proximity is our speciality.
Our 5 Star Luxury Lodge , with fine dining, outstanding cuisine
and extensive wine cellar, is situated on a Hilltop. Sanctuary
overlooking a natural waterhole, and each of our 8 glass fronted
air-conditioned suites, with private plunge pools have spectacular
views out into the bush. Our professional and friendly Staff awaits
your arrival and look forward to introducing
you to “our world”, and taking you on a Safari experience
of a life time. The lodge is built on a hill overlooking a natural
waterhole. Each of the eight luxurious glass-fronted suites, complete
with their own sundeck and heated rock plunge pool offer superb
views of the African bushveld beyond. The suites are generously
spacious and immense in stature. Air-conditioning and overhead
fans provide welcome respite against the harsh African heat. The
breath-taking romantic bathrooms, which include double indoor
and outdoor showers, have windows, which open to a glorious view
of the passing cavalcade below. The comfortable beds are complete
with beautiful crisp percale cotton linen, down duvets and pillows,
and gracious mosquito netting. A special touch to each suite is
the perfection of final touches provided – from weather
notes and African poems, to a fine array of bath salts and other
bathroom amenities. An inviting lounge area is equipped with a
comfortable couch and ottoman, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea
or coffee whilst reading a novel or one of our environmental and
leisure magazines provided in each suite. Aspects of nature have
been incorporated into your suite, to provide the ultimate in
luxury while experiencing Africa at its best. Eight luxury air-conditioned
suites, complete with private plunge pools, mini-bar, outside
showers double indoor showers, and great views. Accommodating
a maximum of sixteen guests.
Directions to Accommodation
From Johannesburg or Pretoria: - Take the N12, or N4 highway to
Nelspruit and White River. From White River, take the R40 to Hazyview.
Turn left at T-junction towards Hazyview. At the 2nd Traffic lights,
turn right onto the R536 towards the Paul Kruger Gate. Approximately
34 km along this road, and just after the Saringwa River, look
out for signs indicating the private game lodges on the left hand
side of the road and signs indicating “Huntington, Lilydale
& Justicia”. Turn left here and follow this gravel road
for 9km.Turn right at the “Private Game Lodges” sign.
After 3km you’ll have to turn left – look out for
the “Private Game Lodges” sign. 1km further you’ll
find the Newington Gate where you will be required to pay a R70.00
entrance fee (subject to change). Once through the gate, turn
left and follow the signs to the lodge (+-14km).
