If you're looking for the true spirit of Africa,
you'll find it hidden at Modimo Omfile, where life takes on a
new rhythm and the pace is set by the Bushveld itself! In the
heart of the beautiful "North West Bushveld", Modimo
Omfile is situated 20km outside Brits - only 70 minutes drive
from Johannesburg and Pretoria. Close to various tourist attractions
and en-route to Sun City and the Pilanesberg National Game Park,
this homely bush lodge with its warm, friendly atmosphere, offers
its guests a tranquil rustic setting in which to experience and
enjoy the exhilaration of the bush.
Our accommodation consists of four stylishly furnished en-suite
chalets that are fully equipped for self-catering. Each chalet
sleeps four and each have their own private "Boma" and
amenities include game drives, bird watching, walking trails and
a swimming pool.
No children between 2 - 12 years (only by special request prior
to arrival)

Sun City (Valley of the Waves), Pilanesburg Reserve & Hartbeespoort
Dam all only 40 mins drive from Lodge.

Take the William Nicol / Fourways offramp
Pass Fourways Shopping Mall and the Indaba Hotel (on left)
Pass under the Krugersdorp Highway
Turn left onto the R511 to Brits (Hartbeespoort dam & Sun
City)
Carry on past Hennops area and Ifafi - at the fourway stop (shops
on
left), turn right to Brits (R511)
Pass through Brits town on the Thabazimbi road (R 511)
± 10 km out of town, take Bethanie turn-off (left)
After 4,5 km - take 2nd Bethanie turn-off (left)
After 3,3 km - between cafe and farm stall, turn right onto dirt
road

After ± 2 km - take left turn at T-junction
Straight on for ± 4 km - Modimo Omfile Guest Lodge is on
your left with a
rock-art entrance and 2 large elephant heads on the wall
FROM PRETORIA
Take the Rustenburg Toll Road to Brits / Hartbeespoort dam
Pass through two toll gates and turn right on the bridge
Turn left at t-junction onto R 511 to Brits / Hartbeespoort dam
Carry on past Ifafi - at the fourway stop (shops on left), turn
right to
Brits (R511)
Pass through Brits town on the Thabazimbi road (R 511)
