Villa Castello is one of the most exclusive villas
in the Seychelles. This spacious, stylish home is designed in
a Tuscan style and situated right beside one of the most finest
and beautiful beaches of the Seychelles, the Anse Kerlan, at the
north west of the island Praslin. The Villa has its own enclosed
large garden, filled with a lovely variety of tropical vegetation,
its own pool and direct access to the beach. Guests enjoy peace
and tranquillity and the unforgettable view on Cousin and Cousine
Islands as well as Mahé and Silhouette.
The Villa:
Villa Castello is on two floors and elegantly furnished throughout.
With its 4 double bedrooms the Villa is ideal for a family or
group of adults. The rooms are decorated in warm peach tones with
terracotta tiles. The ground floor rooms lead off to a large veranda
with sitting and dining area, which overlooks the pool, gardens
and beach.
The Rooms: The Rooms:
In the 450m² Villa are a living room with dining area, music
and TV lounge, well-equipped kitchen, 2 guest toilets, 4 double
bedrooms (3x double, 1x twin), 3 bathrooms and a laundry. All
bedrooms with fans, three of them additionally have air-condition.
Outside are 2 terraces, a large swimming pool, a covered pool
bar with barbecue area, a boathouse, and a garage. On the beach
there is a beach pavilion.
The Staff: The Staff:
There is a housekeeper available for 8 hours (she is an excellent
cook and babysitter), as well as a maid who works 5 hours a day
in the house and garden.
Paradise is nearer than you think! Only a 9 hours flight separates
Europe from the Seychelles. Therefore the islands are ideally
suited for couples to have their honeymoon on, who want dreamlike
beaches and palm trees, but only have a few days to spare.
In the surrounding area of the Villa are the following: Super
market, shops, boutiques, restaurants, diverse sports possibilities
and a 18 hole golf course.
Get to know the unique undersea world of the Seychelles while
snorkelling and diving in the deep-blue waters. Several diving
centers are located on Praslin.
There's a Casino at the Côte d'Or (Goldcoast) where you
could try your luck!
