The swanky sundecks with sunken Jacuzzis and open fireplaces make these houses the best sundowner spot on the Breede River!!
Accommodation consists of Rock House 1, Rock House 2 and Rock House 3. Each house boasts a trendy open-plan kitchen and lounge with a cozy fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior has been given a contemporary kick with a palette of neutrals peppered with bright coloured soft furnishings.
Rock House 1 has 2 bedrooms. Main queen bed with en-suite and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Two more guests can sleep on comfortable stack beds, with proper mattresses in the lounge.
Rock House 2 has 2 bedrooms. Main queen bed with en-suite and the second bedroom is a family room with a queen bed and a stack bed for 2 children. Two more guests can sleep on comfortable stack beds, with proper mattresses in the lounge
Rock House 3 has 2 bedrooms. Main queen bed with en-suite and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Two more guests can sleep on comfortable stack beds, with proper mattresses in the lounge.
Directions to Accommodation
From Cape Town take the N1 through the Hugenote Tunnel
towards Worcester.
Before the Worcester Shell Ultra City turn left on the R43. (Sighn:
Ceres/Wolseley.)
From the R43 turnoff it’s plus minus 27 km.
You will pass Botha Winery, Waboomsrivier winery and Bergsig Wine
Estate till you get to a T-junction.
Turn left towards Wellington, Bainskloof pass. Go over the Breede
River.
Turn immediately right as soon as you’ve crossed the river.
There are signs on your right. TIERKOP and RIVER EDGE
Drive on the dirt road for 1 km till you see the main house on
the farm.
DO NOT PASS THE HOUSE!!!!!
At the house on your right you’ll see a small arrow pointing
right.
Follow the arrows to the cottage.
