502 Serengeti luxury apartment offers international

at the foot of the world famous Table Mountain and within walking

Situated on the 5th floor, the apartment offers spectacular day
and night views from the open plan living room, balcony and bedroom.
The sunny living area opens onto a large balcony, the ideal place
to soak up the breathtaking views of Cape Town's captivating surroundings
over sunset, as the view is transformed into a spectacular nightscape
with the lights of the City, harbour (home of the V&A Waterfront),
Table Bay and Signal Hill.
Like the balcony, the bedroom is north facing, offering the same
stunning views, serenity and sunny ambience. A modern, full en-suite
bathroom with separate shower and bath completes the setting.

We offer easy access to Cape Town's major attractions - Table
Mountain Cableway, V&A Waterfront, the Castle of Good Hope
- all 5-minute drives.
The Atlantic Seaboard with its world famous beaches (Clifton and
Camps Bay) is a mere 10 minutes' drive away, Kirstenbosch (15
minutes) and the Winelands (30 minutes).
Within walking distance are the Gardens Shopping Centre (2 minutes),
the Company Gardens, Museums and Art Galleries (15 minutes), vibrant
restaurants on Kloof Street (10 minutes) and the non-stop nightlife
of Long Street (15 minutes).
