bathrooms. The third bedroom is upstairs with a TV lounge and
third bathroom. Open plan lounge and dining room, fully equipped
kitchen, guest loo, patio with built in braai (barbecue), double
automated garage and off-street parking.

DIRECTIONS FROM CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
1. Exit from airport onto N2 towards Cape Town 1. Exit N2 in
Cape Town onto
Oswald Pirow Street
2. Turn right onto Oswald Pirow Street
3. At 2nd traffic lights turn right onto N1 towards Paarl
4. Stay in LEFT LANE
5. Pass Woodstock exit then take next exit signposted Paarden
Eiland (R27)
6. (this is easy to miss)!!
7. Stay on R27 through Paarden Eiland, Milnerton, Sunset Beach,
Table View
8. You will notice Pick n Pay Centre and the Bayside Shopping
Centre on
right, at the four-way robot intersection., continue through 2
more robots
and then for approximately 10 km, you will see Atlantic Beach
signs and
Driving Range on left hand side with Total Garage and Barnyard
Farm Stall on
right.
9. Turn left - Birkenhead Drive and follow the curve in the road
to the 2n
gate at the resident entrance
10. On the entrance you will have to give your name , our name
and they will
phone us to let you in the estate and also they will direct you
to your
holiday house
