Harbour View Garden Flats are situated in Forest
Hill, a cul de sac, quiet and close to both Simon's Town centre
and Boulders Beach. A small supermarket is within easy walking
distance. The garden is lawned and we have a lovely pool near
a big stone braai.
Simon's Town is situated on the False Bay coast and is north
facing, so we are warm in winter. The local beaches are sandy
and safe for swimming. Restaurants are numerous and offer varied
fare while craft shops abound. Architecture in the town is predominantly
Victorian. The new waterfront complex provides lovely ambience
from where boat trips are available. Simon's Town has a 9-hole
golf course situated close by while in nearby Clovelly (Fish Hoek)
is a well known 18-hole course. Walks in the mountains can be
arranged and its only a 20 minute drive to the legendary Cape
Point Nature Reserve. While painting approximately 400 of the
"fynbos" plant species found in the Western Cape, Estelle
has become passionately interested in this aspect of our environment.
These paintings can be viewed on request and flora rambles can
be arranged. Easy access to Fish Hoek, Noordhoek and many other
little towns on False Bay and, to top all this, we have the world
famous penguin colony at Boulder's Beach.
Harbour View Garden Flats comprise two comfy self-catering flats
where children are welcome. Bed & Breakfast is available by
special arrangement and done with pleasure.
