5 bedroomed guest house. We have a roof garden
which is a great venue for cocktail parties in the evening - weather
permitting. We are rated 4 star Nd Luxury by Portfolio. We were
one of the finalist in the AA best Guest House in S.A. awards
for 2005 and have been nominated again for 2006
Directions to accommodation
Directions from Cape Town International Airport:
Take the N2 into town, all the way to the De Waal Interchange/
Groote Schuur, follow the signs (Left) for M3 Muizenberg. Take
the Second off-ramp on the M3 South, M146 Princess Anne Ave: Follow
Princess Anne Ave/Kipper Rd all the way down to Main Rd (M4).
Turn right at the traffic light into Main Rd. Continue down Main
Road until the third traffic light, just after the Newlands Swimming
pool (on your right; on your left is Southern Suns/Newlands Holiday
Inn), At this third traffic light turn right into Sans Souci Road
and first left again, into Esme Road. We are no. 14 on the right
hand side. Esme Road is the road opposite the Newland swimming
pool. Currently the Road signs are missing for Sans Soucci and
Esme Roads - we apologise for this inconvenience. We have requested
they be replaced.
Directions from N1
Follow the N1 towards town. You will pass Canal Walk/Century
City shopping centre on your right.
Take the M5 Muizenburg/Airport turnoff on the left. Keep to the
right and follow the M5 until you will see a turnoff to the left
which says Pinelands/Airport. Do not take this turn off, or you
will go to the Airport. Take the 2nd fly off on the left which
says Cape Town. The Road curves and straightens and you should
have the mountain in front of you. The signs say Kirstenbosch
Gardens/Rhodes Ave - keep in this lane. Take the left hand glide
off to M3 Muizenburg. If you go right you will go into Cape Town.
(This is the De waal Interchange/Groote Schuur).
Continue on the M3 and take the Second off-ramp on the M3 South,

the way down to Main Rd (M4). Turn right at the traffic light
