Summit Place is situated in the leafy upmarket
suburb of Nova Constantia on the Constantia Wine Route. Offering
stunning mountain views this is the ideal place to stay whether
you are here on business or on holiday. With nature trails, mountain
walks, shops + wine farms on your doorstep the only thing needed
to complete your stay is the friendly welcome of your hosts Lisette
+ Leon Falck. Summit Place is targeted at the self-catering market,
however breakfast can be arranged at an additional cost. We offer
a laundry service, secure parking and also a swimming pool for
your enjoyment. With so many things to do just around the corner
you will enjoy exploring the many fantastic beaches, fine Restaurants
+ Curio Shops. Close by you will also find Wine Farms, Golf Courses,
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Table Mountain, V + A Waterfront,
Cape Point...... to name but a few places. Summit Place offers
a spacious 1 or 2 bed garden apartment with lounge/dining, fully
fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, wahsing machine, oven + hob.
2 bathrooms. We also have 3 self catering en-suite studio apartments
with kitchenette equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle 4 plate
hob + oven. We have 2 twin rooms for B+B only. All accommodation
has DVD/DVD library/TV/CD/hairdryer + safe. All rooms are tastefully
decorated in neutral colours looking out onto the garden with
mountain views. Percale linen is provided along with toiletries
+ towels. Cots available on request
Directions to accommodation
From airport take N2 highway towards Cape Town. After 10km take
the M3 highway south bound towards Muizenberg/S Suburbs. Continue
on the M3 highway & take the Kendal Road exit. Turn right
onto Kendal Road (M38). Turn left onto Spaanschemat River Road
(M42). Go straight across the traffic lights. Drive past Peddlars
Pub & Restaurant on your right; turn 2nd right into Summit
Road. Turn sharp right and look for Summit Place, 15 Summit Road
on your left
