The Rock @ 2 Oceans is an upmarket villa in the
coastal town of Fish Hoek, only 30 minutes from Cape Town, the
Table Mountain cable station and the V&A Waterfront. It boasts
spectacular sea and mountain views, and is within walking distance
to the beautiful white sandy beach and town. This is a safe and
private retreat, situated between two mountains and two oceans,
and an excellent base from which to explore Cape Town and its
nearby gems. If you are looking for a special holiday in an affordable

@ 2 Oceans is for you. We can accommodate from two people to groups
of up to eight adults. An unforgettable holiday awaits those in
search of the freedom of self-catering combined with the luxury
of optional services. The Rock @ 2 Oceans can be rented as two
separate units, i.e. The Apartment or The Villa. For those in
search of the ultimate exclusivity, an interleading door can be
opened between the two units and The Villa can be rented as one
luxurious unit for up to eight adults. Centrally situated and
against the Fish Hoek mountain lies The Rock @ 2 Oceans. Watch
the whales from the patio (in Spring) or take a 7 minute walk
down to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Enjoy the surf and
beautiful white sandy beaches.
The Villa
Brand new luxurious double storey home with own separate entrance
and automated garage. Breathtaking sea and mountain views from
airy kitchen and living areas. Fabulous private upstairs deck
– perfect for whale-watching in spring and early summer.
Entertainers dream with the focus on indoor/ outdoor living, with
a further sheltered barbeque area in the enclosed back garden.
The Apartment
Brand new and tastefully furnished apartment adjacent to The Villa
with own separate entrance and automated garage. Enjoy stunning
sea views from the entertainment deck with barbeque facility,
or cool off after a hot day in the communal saltwater pool.

to a sheltered couryard. Kitchen fitted with fridge, freezer,
microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, electric oven and
gas hob and cutlery and crockery for six.
Private courtyard: with barbeque, 6 seater patio set and umbrella.
Scullery: with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bed 2: En-suite with sleigh queen sized bed; private patio, dressing
table, spa-shower, sunken bath, double basin, wc and walk-in cupboard.
Bed 3: Two single beds, dressing table and clothing rail.
