Up to six persons are comfortably accommodated in the spacious,
2- or 3-bedroom self-catering apartments including a fully equipped
kitchen, two bathrooms, and spacious dining and sitting area leading
onto a seafront balcony and private BBQ. A lock-up garage is also
provided. Units are well-equipped with under floor heating, television
(DSTV optional extra), fridge/freezer, microwave, stovetop and
oven incl. towels and linen. 45 Marine Drive is situated right
in town. Curio shops abound, a sizable flea-market, cinemas, pubs,
restaurants - from Italian, Chinese or traditional fair - plus
all the major fast-food outlets are within easy walking distance
from your apartment! June to October is time for close-up whale
watching! Hermanus has been judged by many as the best land-based
whale-watching site of the continent and even beyond. Thrill-seekers
keep the sharks at bay with deep-ocean shark-cage diving ... or
bathe under our sunny skies on Hermanus's many unspoiled beaches.

Directions to accommodation
Travel Directions from Cape Town and surrounds:
>From Cape Town or the Airport follow directions to the N2
National Road
(Highway) towards Somerset West, George and Caledon. Past Somerset
West and Strand continue up Sir Louwry\'s Pass towards and past
Grabouw. At Botrivier and before Caledon (you are now approx.
100km from Cape Town), take the turn-off to Hermanus. Once in
Hermanus follow the main road into the CBD. Keep a look-out for
a Shell Petrol Station on your right. Turn right at the road before
the Shell which will lead into a T-junction with Marine Drive.
Turn left into Marine Drive - notice 45 Marine Drive on your left
but proceed to reception at the Esplanade Complex, 63 Marine Drive.
Travel Directions from the Garden Route, Knysna and surrounds:
>From George, Knysna, Port Elizabeth, Wilderness or Mossel
Bay follow directions to the N2 National Road (Highway) towards
Cape Town, Swellendam and Caledon. From Mossel Bay pass through
Swellendam, Riviersonderend and Caledon. At Botrivier (approx.
30km after Caledon) take the turn-off to Hermanus.
Once in Hermanus follow the main road into the CBD. Keep a look-out
