The perfect get-away destination for honeymooners, holiday makers and small conferences, the Tuscan style villa offers luxury accommodation with great sea and mountain views. The pristine Brekfis Bay beach, nature reserve and hiking trails are a stone's throw away. On the Vermont Guest House sleeps a maximum of 14 people but larger groups can be shared amongst nearby guest houses at the same rate. All rooms have comfortable, extra-length beds and large en-suite bathrooms, while some have balconies with views.

On The Vermont has the following rooms and facilities:

Two luxury, large double rooms with balconies with a sea view, of which one has been completely adapted for wheelchair users. Each room also has a sleeper couch.

A small double room with private shower and toilet.
All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with bath and shower facilities.

Satellite television and video facilities.

The house also has a kitchen that has been adapted for wheelchair users. Adjoining the kitchen is a beautiful communal living-dining room with fire-place.

Full wheel-chair adaptations include:

Lower basin with no pedestal
A wheelchair lift for access to the first floor
Lower counters in the kitchen
A wheelchair accessible stove

Directions to accommodation
1) From Cape Town, take the N2 past Somerset West and take the R44 turn-off for Hermanus/Kleinmond.
2) Pass the villages Fisherhaven and Hawston and take the righthand turn-off at the Vermont-Lynx Ave sign. There is also a brown B&B sign.
3) At the end of Lynx Ave, turn right into Siffie. At the stop sign, turn right into Ghwarrieng and again right into Kandelaar.
4) Follow Kandelaar onto a slight hill and turn right into Tiptol Crescent.
5) Turn right again and On The Vermont Guest House is number 24 on your left.
