No 34 Shiraz is a luxury self catering garden apartment located in the Le Petite Provence Wine Estate, which is found just before entering the picturesque village of Franschhoek. The Village is nestled between awe-inspiring & majestic mountains. You will have many pleasurable hours, browsing the numerous quaint shops and galleries. Franschhoek boasts some of the best known restaurants in the country & is widely known as the ‘Food and Wine Capital of South Africa.’ A short drive will take you to several historic wineries, invigorating hiking and biking trails or just breath-taking beautiful meandering rivers perfect for fly fishing. Once you feel that you have indulged in all that Franschhoek has to offer, remember that it is centrally located to enjoy the other wonderful pleasures of the Western Cape. From the winelands to whale-watching to ‘The mother city’!

Directions to accommodation
From the Cape Town International Airport, take the Borchards Quarry turnoff (M22) towards Bellville and the N1.
From the Borchards Quarry turnoff (M22), turn right into Modderdam Road (M10).
From Modderdam Road (M10), at the first set of traffic lights, turn right into Stellenbosch Road (M12)
From Stellenbosch Road (M12), turn left onto the R300
From the R300, turn right onto the N1 Highway (easterly direction, towards Paarl)
Continue on the N1 until you reach Exit 47. A sign will read 'R44 / R103 Stellenbosch, Klapmuts, Wellington'. Turn right here.
Continue along this road for about 400 metres and at the 4-way stop, carry straight on straight across.
Continue until you see a sign which reads 'Franschhoek'. Turn left here.
Continue for about 9 km until you reach a T-junction.
At the T-junction turn right and follow the road to Franschhoek (R45)
Once you cross the 'Berg River' bridge continue for about 5km.
You will pass a sign that reads 'Happy Valley' on the left.
Slow down, a little further on to the left you will find the entrance 'Le Petite Provence'
